InnoTag is a smart solution to help you securely manage and share emergency information for yourself, your loved ones, pets and mobile assets using a unique and permanent QR code.
Each InnoTag contains a QR code that can be scanned by anyone with a smartphone. No special hardware required! When scanned, it provides important contact or health information to help in emergencies. For assets, InnoTag displays the owner details along with contact number and additional notes.
InnoTag is ideal for anyone who wants to keep emergency information ready—like elderly family members, children, neurodiverse individuals, pets or even valuable assets like laptop, cellphone, handbag etc.
You can add a new Person or Pet or Asset by filling out the details on respective screens accessible from the top right of your dashboard once you login. You can also upload an image to each of these records.
For Persons and Pets, you can store information like name, address, contact numbers, and contact email, along with health details like allergies, medical history, and more. For Assets, it would be name, contact information and other information. We strongly advise you to limit the details to only what is necessary during emergencies, as this data will be accessible to the general public when the QR code is scanned.
Yes, you can add an email address for each record. This helps in ensuring that important scan notifications are sent directly to the right recipient.
The person scanning the QR code will see key emergency contact information about the record as provided by you in InnoTag. The best part is, data is refreshed in real time. If an email id is provided to a record, a notification is also sent along with the location where the QR code was scanned if the person scanning the code enabled their location services on their mobile device. This helps in swift tracing of the person, pet or asset.
Simply click on the Edit button given against each record and make necessary changes. It’s extremely easy to keep information up to date.
Absolutely! If an email is saved for the record, a notification will be sent there. Otherwise, it will be sent to the registered user's email id.
When InnoTag is scanned, it sends an email notification to the email id for the record or the email id of the registered user. The email contains the contact number and location of the person that scanned InnoTag. This helps in calling them back in case you could not answer their call.
Yes, you can upload an image (JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB filesize).
Your data is securely stored, and we take privacy seriously. Only authorized individuals can access the information, and email notifications ensure you're always informed.
You’ll get a gentle reminder to fill in mandatory fields, like the country code, so we can ensure your contacts are always reachable.
Adding an asset is similar to adding a Person or Pet. Simply fill in the details provided on the Add Asset screen, and upload an image if needed. This feature helps track important assets.
Always use a valid 10-digit number for both the primary and alternate contact fields. You’ll need to also select the country code for each.
Simply add them as a Person, including their health information and contact details. Download, print and attach their InnoTag to a keychain or other personal item so it’s always accessible when they need help.
Alternate contact number is displayed for Persons and Pets. It is very important in case the primary number is not reachable in emergencies.
Yes! Whenever someone scans an InnoTag you own, you receive an email notification with the scanner’s mobile number and location information if they enabled location services on their phone.
Once you've added an asset, simply scan its InnoTag QR code to view all the saved information, including contact details.
Absolutely! You can add a pet from your dashboard just as you would a person. We recommend adding a picture of the pet for easy identification if they get lost.
Since the QR code of an InnoTag is unique and permanent to a particular record, you would not have the option to delete a record once created. You may update the details whenever you want to. For additional help you may reach out to our support team from the Contact Support option on your dashboard.

Employees can use InnoTag to safeguard elderly family members, pets, or other loved ones. When someone finds a lost person or pet wearing an InnoTag, scanning the code will display contact information, address, and other relevant details to ensure a safe and timely return. Additionally, InnoTag can also be used to tag company assets like laptops and portable devices, providing an extra layer of security for valuable equipment.
InnoTag can help provide important health information about your son during emergencies. If someone finds him in need of assistance, they can scan his InnoTag to access critical medical information like his condition, emergency contacts, and more.
Yes, InnoTag is perfect in such cases. Attach an InnoTag to his clothing or personal belongings. When someone finds him, they can simply scan the QR code to access contact information and help him return home safely.
Absolutely! InnoTag allows your daughter to share important information, including health details and emergency contacts, even though she cannot speak. Anyone can scan her InnoTag and understand how to help her in an emergency.
No problem! Just edit the details like contact number and current address before you leave for your holiday. InnoTag always shows the latest information in real time when scanned so any updates you make will be immediately reflected.
Simply click on the Download button displayed against the record and save the QR Code as a PNG file to your local machine. You can share this QR code with any Print-on-Demand or Custom Printing agencies of your choice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer printing services at the moment. Our focus is on enhancing the application with more functionally rich features for clients like you. There are many agencies online that can help you print the QR codes on items like keychains, pendants, wristbands, or T-shirts.

You can submit a renewal request using the support form on the dashboard, selecting "subscription renewal" from the category dropdown. Our team will assist you in renewing your subscription.
Yes, the seats you purchase can be used for creating InnoTags for people, pets, or assets all within one login!
